and Conditions
Prices
Interiors At Home reserve the right to review prices,
discounts and terms at anytime and therefore these are
subject to alteration without notice. Orders are accepted
at prices, discounts and terms ruling on date of despatch.
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.
VAT
VAT will be charged at the standard UK rate applicable
at point of sale.
Special
Orders
When an order has been specially made or coloured, such
goods are NOT RETURNABLE. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can
such orders be cancelled after the work has been put
in hand.
Confirmation
of Orders
Orders and payments will be confirmed by email. If there
are any errors we must be notified within 24 hours of
confirmation to allow orders to be changed.
Samples
Fabric samples are free of charge but a maximum of 20
samples per order can be sent. Fabric samples will be
large enough to show colour. Larger sizes of samples
can be sent but a deposit of £10.00 will be charged
and will be refunded once returned, undamaged, and within
30 days. Curtain fabric samples can be sent but we ask
for them to be returned using the label and stamp provided.
Blind samples also are requested to be returned ASAP,
using the return label and postage stamps provided.
Minimum
Orders
The minimum orders accepted are: fabrics and trimmings
1 metre.
Damaged
Goods
These must be claimed for immediately whereupon a replacement
will be despatched where possible.
Carriage
Orders for any product exceeding £250 (ex VAT)
will be delivered free of charge (standard delivery)
for UK mainland only excluding Highlands of Scotland.
Orders below these value criteria will be subject to
standard carriage charge. Orders will be calculated
by weight then charged accordingly.
Delivery
Times
Interiors At Home endeavour to deliver your goods to
you within 7 working days from date of confirmation.
Any orders that are out of stock will be notified immediately
by email and a choice will be given to change an order,
wait for stock, or cancel.
Accepting
Orders
All orders are accepted, despatched and invoiced on
the understanding that when received, the goods will
be carefully inspected prior to use or cutting. Whilst
every effort is made to control and inspect each order
to ensure you receive the goods in the best possible
condition, errors can be made, damage and creases can
occur in transit.
Claims - Fabric
Claims will not be accepted once fabric has been cut.
It is essential that fabric is checked before cutting,
for colour, quality and quantity. Interiors At Home
will not accept any claim for any problems arising from
fabrics that have been subjected to further resistancy
etc. These will not be considered for any complaint
or non-fitness for purpose as said treatments would
be out of our control and therefore could not be our
responsibility.
Claims
- Any Product
It is the BUYERS responsibility, regardless of delivery
address to ensure goods are as ordered and are of satisfactory
quality.
Returns/Cancellations
Should you wish to return goods it is the customers
responsibility to ensure that goods are returned adequately
packed. Cost of return unless damaged is to be paid
buy the customer. Damaged returns will not be accepted
for credit. No returns will be accepted if goods have
had treatment applied or been cut in any way.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all the
goods received, you can return any of them to Interiors
At Home for an exchange or refund, providing each is
returned within 7 days from the date after you receive
the goods. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours

Payment
Terms
Payment is by credit or debit cards, BACS and Cheques
in UK pounds sterling.
Cheques should be made Payable to Interiors At Home
and sent to the address below.
